Book Your Band-Postal Log
A postal log for tracking packages is indespensible. As you prepare packages, list them in your postal log. I use a simple spiral bound notebook for this task. I include the date the package was sent, if I mailed it from the post office or from my home office, the address the package was sent to, and the email and phone number of the addressee. This procedure allows follow up contact to be made very quickly and easily.
