Send your cd and poster to record stores. Call first and ask to speak to the manager. Explain you’re launching a virtual tour and would like to send your new cd for instore play and a poster for the walls. Maybe send a couple of t shirts to the staff. No one turns down an offer of free stuff. Ask if the store has in store performances. In store performances are a great way to spread the word about your music. Remember visibility is very important.  Name recognition makes people talk.
