How to Tour 101- The people in your neighborhood

When I started thinking about this week’s posts concerning the tour staff, duties and responsibilities, I kept thinking of The Sesame Street  song The People in Your Neighborhood. Touring bands form a type of traveling neighborhood and within that neighborhood are all sorts of people with all sorts of work, jobs and responsibilities.

This week we’ll discuss the People in the Band Neighborhood and what they do and don’t do.

Bands, especially touring entities, need support staff on the road and off the road. While a band is busy performing and creating, there is a dedicated group of people making sure the rocking rolls ahead.

It’s time to get to know the people in YOUR neighborhood!
